My love of food has evolved over twelve years of professional experience and international travel. From working at a leading food publication to opening and running my own restaurant, my cooking has always embraced a wide range of styles, tastes and techniques.

I have taken all of these experiences with me and focused on my real passion, developing, testing and styling food for a variety of clients.
