A little more about me...

Based in Bath, I have had over five years‚ experience in food. My first job as a Chef at Mosimann's Restaurant, London, helped to develop my passion for beautifully presented, fabulous food.

My love of travelling has taken me across the globe, from Australia to South America. I am captivated by different food cultures and each journey I take fuels my fascination for the array of colour, texture and aroma available. It was shortly after one of these trips that I embarked on a full time career as a food stylist.

The Sainsbury's Magazine offered me a job in 1999, and from here I moved to their sister company, New Crane Communications. As part of a select team of specialist food stylists, I was given the opportunity to perfect my skills in styling, recipe writing, testing and development. Recent clients have included Sainsbury's, Costa Coffee, Quorn, Noon Foods
and Divertimenti.

My classical culinary training at Leith's School of Food and Wine, coupled with my extensive knowledge of the industry, have helped to shape my unique approach to food styling. I now wish to continue to provide my innovative service, whilst also embarking on a new food related business with my husband, Daniel.
